§ 5-57-32. Request for hearing upon notice of denial of I.D. card application.
After receipt of written notice from the licensing authority of denial of an I.D.
            card, the I.D. card applicant may request a hearing in the same manner and in accordance
            with the same procedure as that provided in § 5-57-20(b).
