§ 5-57-18. Time limit for action on license applications.
Within thirty (30) days after receipt of an application, the licensing authority shall
            determine whether the applicant has met the requirements of this chapter. In the event
            that additional information is required from the applicant by the licensing authority
            to complete its investigation or to satisfy the requirements of this chapter, or if
            the applicant has not submitted all of the required information, the thirty-day (30)
            period for action by the licensing authority shall commence when all that information
            is received by the licensing authority.
