§ 5-56.1-6. Expiration and renewal of licenses.
(a) A designer's license shall be in effect for a period not to exceed three (3) years following the date of issuance.
(b) A license shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee and upon satisfactory completion of any continuing education required by the licensing authority.
