§ 5-56-6. Expiration and renewal of licenses.
(a) Licenses shall be in effect for a period not to exceed three (3) years following the
            date of issuance.
         
(b) A license shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee and the satisfactory completion
            of any continuing education required by the director.
