§ 5-54-25. Communication of information among healthcare facilities.

Any licensed healthcare facility, acting by and through its chief executive officer or his or her designee, may upon the request of any other licensed healthcare facility, communicate to the chief executive officer of the requesting facility or his or her designee any and all information available regarding circumstances under which the privileges of any physician assistant were changed as described in § 5-54-23(3). No healthcare facility, chief executive officer, or his or her designee, communicating information under this section, shall have liability arising out of the communication,
