§ 5-54-17. Injunction of violations.
When it appears to the director that any person is violating any of the provisions
            of this chapter, the director may cause an action to be instituted, commenced in the
            name of the board, to enjoin that violation in a court of competent jurisdiction and
            that court may enjoin any person, firm, corporation, or association without regard
            to whether proceedings have been or may be instituted before the director or whether
            criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.
