§ 5-54-13.1. Nondisciplinary alternative.
The board may permit a licensee to enter into a nondisciplinary alternative program.
            All records pertaining to the physician assistant's participation in the nondisciplinary
            program shall be confidential and shall not be subject to discovery, subpoena, or
            public disclosure.
