§ 5-54-12. Grounds for refusal to renew, suspension or revocation of certificates.
The director may, after notice and a hearing, refuse to grant, renew, suspend, or
            revoke any certificate of licensure or discipline any registrant upon proof that the
            person is guilty of unprofessional conduct as defined in § 5-54-2.
