§ 5-51-8. Granting of licenses to practice landscape architecture.
(a) An applicant meeting all requirements of the law and of the board and eligible for
            a license to practice landscape architecture in the state shall be notified by the
            board of his or her eligibility.
         
(b) Upon payment of the thirty-dollar ($30.00) license fee, the board shall issue the
            license certificate to the landscape architect.
         
(c) The license certificate shall indicate the registration number of the landscape architect.
