§ 5-47-1. Safeguards at demolition sites.
Any person, firm, corporation, or other business entity engaged in the demolition
            of any building or other structure shall provide adequate safeguards for the protection
            of the general public, and shall be responsible to keep the area of the demolition
            free from unnecessary debris, and police the area of the demolition each day until
            the job is completed.
