§ 5-45-9. Courses of instruction and training.
If the department finds that there are not a sufficient number of courses of instruction
            and training conducted within the state to meet the requirements of this chapter,
            it may conduct one or more of these courses, and make provisions for those courses
            and their accessibility to residents of this state. The board of governors for higher
            education shall cooperate with the department in establishing and conducting those
            courses.
