§ 5-45-8. Licensure in other jurisdictions.
The department may issue a nursing home administrator's license without examination,
            to any person who holds a current license in good standing as a nursing home administrator
            from another jurisdiction; provided, that the department finds that the individual
            meets education and experience requirements as established by the department regulation.
            For purposes of this section, the department shall not disqualify an applicant on
            the basis that his or her most recent experience was in a management position having
            direct responsibility for overseeing and directing a number of licensed nursing home
