§ 5-45-8. Licensure in other jurisdictions.

The department may issue a nursing home administrator's license without examination, to any person who holds a current license in good standing as a nursing home administrator from another jurisdiction; provided, that the department finds that the individual meets education and experience requirements as established by the department regulation.
