§ 5-45-6. Licensing function of department of health — Term of licenses — Appeal of license denials, suspensions, or revocations.

The department shall license nursing home administrators in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the board with the approval of the director. A nursing home administrator's license shall be nontransferable and shall be valid until the following June 30th, or until surrendered for cancellation, or suspended or revoked for violation of this chapter or any other laws or regulations relating to the proper operation of a nursing home.
