§ 5-45-10. Renewal of licenses — Continuing education.
(a) Every holder of a nursing home administrator's license shall renew it every two (2) years by applying to the department on forms provided by that agency.
(b) Each renewal application shall be accompanied by the fee as set forth in § 23-1-54.
(c) Beginning January 1, 1996, proof of satisfactory completion of a minimum of forty
(40)clock hours of continuing education every two (2) years must be submitted with
the renewal application.
