§ 5-41-3. Penalties for violations.
Whoever violates any provision of § 5-41-1 or § 5-41-2 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, for the first offense shall be
            punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred
            dollars ($100), and for each subsequent offense shall be punished by a fine of not
            less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or
            by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three (3) months, or both.
