§ 5-41-2. Advertising.

No person shall advertise or cause to be advertised for sale those goods mentioned in § 5-41-1 unless that advertisement also contains the words "Imported goodsâ€� in letters at least as large as the figures indicating the price of the goods being sold; and if the advertisement contains no indicated price, the words "Imported goodsâ€� in type not smaller than that of the body type of the advertisement must be contained in it.
