§ 5-40.1-4. Board of occupational therapy practice — Creation — Composition — Appointment and term of members — Meetings — Vacancies.

(a) There is created within the division of professional regulation in the department of health a board of occupational therapy practice. The board shall consist of five

(5)members appointed by the director of the department of health with the approval of the governor. Three (3) members shall be licensed occupational therapists; one member shall be a physician licensed to practice medicine in this state; and one member shall be a consumer.
