§ 5-40.1-20. Rules governing practices and procedures.
All hearings and reviews required under the provisions of this chapter and the rules
            and regulations authorized by this chapter, shall be held in accordance with the provisions
            of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Rhode Island department of health,
            entitled, "Rules and Regulations Governing Practices and Procedures Before the Rhode
            Island Department of Health (R42-35-PP).â€�
