§ 5-40-8. Application fee for physical therapists.
When an application is submitted to the division of professional regulation for a
            license to practice physical therapy in Rhode Island pursuant to this chapter, either
            by endorsement or by examination, the applicant shall pay a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54 to the state department of health.
