§ 5-40-22. Construction of references.
Whenever in chapter 40 of this title, entitled "Physical Therapists,â€� the words "division
            of professional regulationâ€� or "administrator of professional regulationâ€� shall appear,
            the same shall be deemed to refer to and mean the "department of health.â€�
