§ 5-40-19. Applicability to osteopaths and chiropractors.
No provision of this chapter shall be construed to apply to any person licensed either
            under the provisions of chapter 37 of this title to practice osteopathic medicine,
            or the provisions of chapter 30 of this title, entitled "Chiropractic Physicians.â€�
