§ 5-40-18. Injunction of violations.
When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of the provisions of
            this chapter, the director of the department of health may institute an action, commenced
            in the name of the board, to enjoin that violation in a court of competent jurisdiction,
            and that court may enjoin any person, firm, corporation, or association from violating
            any of the provisions of this chapter without regard to whether proceedings have been
            or may be instituted.
