§ 5-4-5. Records of licenses.
The director of labor and training shall keep a record of all licenses granted by
            him or her under the provisions of this chapter with the number of each; the name;
            residence and business address of the licensee; and the cities and towns for which
            each license is issued. Those records are open at all times to public inspection.
