§ 5-4-3. Issuance date and duration of licenses.
The license as provided in § 5-4-2 shall be issued as of the first day of December of each year and shall continue in
            full force and effect for one year, unless revoked by the director of labor and training
            as subsequently provided in this chapter, and may be renewed upon payment of the prescribed
            fee.
