§ 5-4-18. Suspension or revocation of license.
The director of labor and training, after a hearing, may suspend or revoke any license
            issued under the provisions of this chapter for using or giving false or insufficient
            weight, in violation of any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated
            by the director of labor and training under this chapter.
