§ 5-4-1. License required.
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell or offer for sale in the
            state any quantities of coal or coke that exceed one thousand pounds (1,000 lbs.)
            without first obtaining a license from the director of labor and training as provided
            in § 5-4-2.
