§ 5-38.5-8. License fee.
The license fee for each year shall be three hundred dollars ($300). If an applicant
            desires to do business in more than one location, he, she, or it shall pay a separate
            fee of three hundred dollars ($300) for each location authorized by the department.
            For the purposes of this section, the term "locationâ€� means a physical place of business
            at which a licensed motor vehicle glass repair shop has indoor facilities suitable
            to perform motor vehicle glass repair services and shall not apply to locations where
            a licensed motor vehicle glass repair shop provides services on a mobile basis.
