§ 5-38.5-17. Civil penalties for violations.
In addition to every other power granted to the department of business regulation,
            the department may fine a licensee not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for any
            violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter or with any rule
            or regulation promulgated by the department.
