§ 5-38.1-6. Existing motor vehicle repair businesses.
The provisions of § 5-38.1-4(1), (2), and (3) do not apply to any person, partnership, corporation, or establishment
            presently in existence, but shall apply to all motor vehicle repair businesses established
            after July 7, 1989.
