§ 5-38-12. Procedure for suspension or revocation of license.
No license shall be suspended or revoked except after a hearing before the department
            of business regulation or a hearing officer appointed by the department. The hearing
            shall be conducted in accordance with the administrative procedures act, chapter 35 of title 42. The order to suspend or revoke that license shall not be effective for ten (10)
            days after written notice has been sent to the licensee.
