§ 5-37.3-6.2. Legislative or administrative proceedings.
Except as provided in § 5-37.3-6(b), confidential healthcare information and confidential healthcare communications are
            not subject to compulsory legal process in any legislative or administrative proceedings,
            and a patient or his or her authorized representative has the right to refuse to disclose,
            and to prevent a witness from disclosing, his or her confidential healthcare information
            in these proceedings.
