§ 5-37.3-5.1. Diagnostic tests — Transfer and access.
Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, healthcare providers shall, upon
            the written request of the patient, his or her authorized representative, or treating
            physician, transfer a copy of diagnostic test results to any subsequent healthcare
            provider.
