§ 5-37.2-16. Suspension, revocation, or refusal of license — Notice and hearing.
The department shall not refuse to issue, refuse to renew, suspend, or revoke any
            license for any of the causes enumerated in § 5-37.2-15, unless the person accused has been given at least twenty (20) days' notice, in writing,
            of the charge against him or her and a hearing by the department.
