§ 5-37-25. Violations — Penalties.
Unless another penalty is provided by the laws of this state, any person who violates
            any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted under this chapter,
            shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars
            ($1,000), or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
