§ 5-37-15. Practice of religious beliefs.
This chapter and chapter 30 of this title shall not be construed to affect the practice
            of the religious tenets of any church; provided, that any sanitary laws of the state,
            or rules and regulations of any officer, board, division, or department, as now are
            or hereafter may be in force, are complied with.
