§ 5-37-11. Inactive list.

A physician licensed to practice medicine who does not intend to engage in the practice of his or her profession during any year, upon written request to the board, may have his or her name transferred to an inactive list, and is not required to register annually or pay any registration fee as long as he or she remains inactive. Any physician whose name has been included in the inactive list as provided for in this section shall be restored to active status by the administrator of professional regulation upon the filing of a written request accompanied by the registration form and fee as established by regulatio
