§ 5-36.1-4. Penalty for misrepresentation.
No person who is not licensed as a doctor of naturopathy may use the title of "doctor
            of naturopathyâ€� or hold themselves out as a doctor of naturopathy. Any person who
            violates the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than
            two hundred dollars ($200) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than
            one year imprisonment, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
