§ 5-35.2-4. Advertising by opticians.
The division of professional regulation, in addition to conducting the examinations,
            licensing, and registering of opticians, shall make rules and regulations governing
            advertising by opticians. The division shall have the power to revoke the license
            of any optician violating those rules and regulations.
