§ 5-35.1-3. Application for examination and license.
Every person desiring to be licensed to practice optometry as provided in this chapter
            shall file with the department, in the form prescribed by the department, an application
            presenting the facts that entitle the applicant to a license to practice optometry
            under this chapter. No one shall be permitted to practice optometry in this state
            without a valid license.
