§ 5-34-2. License and registration required to practice nursing or use title.
It is unlawful for any person to practice or offer to practice nursing in this state
            or to use any title, sign, abbreviation, card, or device indicating authority to practice
            nursing unless that person is licensed and registered under the provisions of this
            chapter or by the compact set forth in chapter 34.3 of this title.
