§ 5-33.2-9. Cemetery operators ineligible to conduct business of funeral directing.
Any person or persons, association, or corporation having charge of or conducting
            a cemetery shall not engage in the business of funeral directing. No funeral home
            will be licensed, nor be permitted to operate as a funeral home, if it is located
            on property owned by a cemetery or is contiguous with cemetery property.
