§ 5-33.2-23. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made under this chapter,
            or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances, is held invalid
            by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulation
            and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances, is not affected.
