§ 5-33.1-2. "Funeral service contractâ€� defined.
For the purposes of this chapter, a funeral service contract means a contract that
            requires the payment of money in exchange for the final disposition of a dead human
            body, including funeral, burial, or other services, or the furnishing of personal
            property or funeral merchandise in connection with that disposition, where the use
            or delivery of the services, property, or merchandise is not immediately required.
