§ 5-32-9. Fixed place of business — Sanitary regulation.
The practice of electrolysis shall be engaged in only in a fixed place or establishment,
            which place or establishment shall be provided with any instruments, implements, and
            equipment and subject to any sanitary regulation and inspection that the division
            of professional regulation of the department of health prescribes.
