§ 5-31.1-40. Telemedicine in the practice of dentistry. 
Professionals licensed under this chapter utilizing telemedicine in the practice of
            dentistry are subject to the same standard of care that would apply to the provision
            of the same dental care service or procedure in an in-person setting.
