§ 5-31.1-25. Injunction of violations.
When it appears to the director and/or board that any person is violating any of the
            provisions of this chapter, the director and/or board may cause to be instituted an
            action to enjoin that violation in a court of competent jurisdiction and the court
            may restrain, and/or enjoin any person, firm, corporation, or association from violating
            any of the provisions of this chapter without regard to whether proceedings have been
            or may be instituted before the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or
            may be instituted.
