§ 5-30-4. Penalties for unauthorized practice.
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 5-30-3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for a first offense shall be
            punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred
            dollars ($200), or imprisonment for three (3) months, or both the fine and imprisonment,
            and for a second or subsequent violation by a fine of not less than three hundred
            dollars ($300) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for one
            year, or both the fine and imprisonment.
