§ 5-30-10. Issuance and registration of certificates.

Upon receipt of any recommendation from the board of chiropractic examiners, as provided in §§ 5-30-6 — 5-30-8, the director of the department of health shall issue to the recommended person a certificate to practice chiropractic medicine or physiotherapy within this state, or certificates to practice each of them, in accordance with that recommendation. Those certificates shall be signed by the members of the board of chiropractic examiners and by the director of the department of health, who shall affix the official seal of the department of health to the certificates.
