§ 5-29-38. Injunction of violations.
When it appears to the director and/or board that any person is violating any of the
            provisions of this chapter, the director and/or board may institute an action to enjoin
            the violation in a court of competent jurisdiction. The court may restrain and/or
            enjoin any person, firm, corporation, or association from violating any of the provisions
            of this chapter without regard to whether proceedings have been or may be instituted
            before the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.

§ 5-29-38. Injunction of violations.
