§ 5-29-3. Examining committees.
The chairperson shall appoint two (2) licensed podiatrist members of the board and
            one public member to serve as an examining committee for applicants applying for licensure
            as podiatrists. The examining committee for podiatrists shall recommend to the full
            board which shall recommend to the director, applicants for licensure to practice
            podiatry who meet all the requirements for licensure set forth in this chapter, other
            applicable sections of the general laws, and regulations adopted under this chapter.
